Self-catering, in a kitchen the listing describes as fully equipped with kitchenware. No breakfast, restaurant or bar is attached, and Booking.com puts Lofotenmat Sa 41 km away, so arrive with supplies. Fishing from the shoreline on the plot is possible, by the owner's own answer on the listing.

Selfjordveien 18 at Krystad, in Flakstad municipality, on the Selfjord. Fredvang, the nearest place this guide covers, is 4.1 km away in a straight line, and Kartverket's nearest registered name, Valen, is about 3.4 km from the map pin, so the postal name Krystad places the house better. The setting is recorded as rural, with a garden and fishing nearby.

The owner's answers on the listing put the house 12 km from Ramberg, and a taxi from the closest bus stop was quoted at NOK 400 to 500 one way — there is no service to the door. Booking.com gives Nusfjord as 29 km, Lofotenmat Sa as 41 km, and Vestvågøy Rådhus and Leknes Airport as 43 km each. Parking at the house is free and private, and the owner says the municipality keeps the road clear of snow.
