Surfing is why the place exists, and everything is arranged around it: a surf school, gear, a sauna and hot tub to warm up in, a restaurant and bar, and a beach a short walk from the door. The resort's own site describes cabins and lodges sold with an all-inclusive surf-and-stay package that covers meals, guiding and equipment.

Surfers of any standard, and anyone who wants activities, meals and transfers organised rather than arranged separately — the resort also lists snorkelling, fishing, skiing, cycling and kite-surfing. It suits people without a car better than most Lofoten addresses, since an airport shuttle runs. Children are welcome and cots are available for under-ones, though those aged six and over are charged as adults.

Booking.com publishes no maximum party size for the resort and caps each bedroom at two, so numbers need confirming per unit. Bathrooms are private in some units and shared in others — check which you are booking. Meals are not automatically included unless you take a package; breakfast has been quoted at NOK 205 per person. Children aged six and over are charged as adults, and no extra beds are available. Leknes Airport is given as 19.5 km away, so plan the drive or book the shuttle.

Bathrooms are private or shared depending on the unit, some units are on the ground floor and others are reached by stairs. The property has said the bungalow has a jacuzzi and sauna of its own.

The resort is at Unstadveien 105 in Unstad, a hamlet Kartverket registers 270 m from the pin, in Vestvågøy municipality, on the north coast of the island. Leknes, the destination this guide covers, is 13.1 km away in a straight line. Booking.com records the setting as rural, with a sandy beach and a private beach area at the property.

Leknes Airport is given as 19.5 km away. The resort runs an airport shuttle with pick-up and drop-off, and has quoted NOK 400 each way for a transfer from Leknes for guests arriving by bus from Narvik. Two Tesla destination chargers are available on site.
