Why stay here

The buildings belonged to a fish station run by the Lydersen family from around 1890, and the old fishermen's quarters were first let to visitors in 1990. All apartments look across Fredvang harbour, where fishing boats land and process their catch along the quay. Ramberg, with a grocery shop and restaurants, is 6 km away.

Who it’s for

The site pitches it at hikers heading for Kvalvika and Ryten. Rooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms suit travellers who don't need their own facilities, and apartments with three to six beds suit families or groups.
