Kartverket's nearest registered settlement name for the coordinates is Haug, about 1.4 km away. Leknes lies 3.8 km off in a straight line and Booking.com records the setting as rural.

Booking.com gives Silsanden Beach and Lofotenmat Sa as 2.3 km from the flat, Leknes Airport as 4 km, Vestvågøy Rådhus as 4.7 km, Nusfjord as 27 km and Borga Radarstasjon as 29 km. Parking on the site is private and free.
