Each sea house sleeps eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, which suits families and groups who want one self-contained unit near Svolvær centre. The houses stand on the quay on Svinøya, and one ground-floor bedroom in each opens straight onto the deck on the sea side. Guests can use the quayside jacuzzi at no extra charge by arrangement, and boats can be hired on site.

The operator markets the sea houses to couples on a weekend away, families and groups of friends, and the eight-bed layout makes it a practical base for larger parties.

There is no reception desk: stays must be paid in advance, and the door code is sent by text or email on arrival day. The service office is staffed on weekdays only, with an on-call number outside those hours, and meals are self-catered or taken at the operator's Nordis Restaurant on the town square.

Six vertically divided sea houses with four bedrooms (one double and three twin or single rooms), two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room; the upstairs main bedroom has a sea-view balcony. There is also a four-bedroom villa for seven with a sea view, and a residence let only by direct enquiry.

Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Chromecast in every sea house; beds made and towels provided on arrival, with cleaning after departure; jacuzzi for up to eight people between 09:00 and 21:00; boat rental.

All units have full kitchens. The operator's Nordis Restaurant is on Svolvær town square.

On the island of Svinøya, joined by bridge to Svolvær, at the entrance to the harbour and a short walk from the town centre.
