The cabins stand on the quays of Lamholmen, which the property puts 150 to 200 metres from Svolvær's town square, and guests can park on the island. The main building once held fish landing and storage, a salting plant and a barrel-making workshop, and now houses Restaurant Kjøkkenet and Bryggebaren. Breakfast is included in all rates, with separate terms over Christmas.

Couples are a stated market, with a romantic weekend package. For families there are two named family rorbuer: 213 has a double room, a bunk-bed room and a loft double reached by a wall ladder, and 214 has bunk beds and a ladder loft. Rorbusuite 215 has three double bedrooms and is let as a whole unit.

Most rorbusuites have two bedrooms behind a shared entrance that can be booked singly or together; if you book one, the other stays locked. Bryggebaren runs a music quiz and karaoke on Wednesdays, often has live music or a DJ at weekends, and stays open until 01:00 on Wednesdays and 02:30 on Fridays and Saturdays; the big suites' balconies face its outdoor area. The main-building suites are on the third floor with no lift, and Rorbusuite 216 is reached by an outdoor staircase. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays.

27 units: rorbusuites, family rorbuer and suites. A standard rorbusuite has a living room with kitchenette, a queen-bed room downstairs and a twin room upstairs, each with its own bathroom, and a quay terrace. Rorbusuite 215 has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms; 216 has two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a skylight. The front page says the main building holds 3 suites, while the accommodation pages list big suites, superior suites (both described as two similar suites on the third floor) and a junior suite.

Parking on the island (free outdoor parking and an electric car charger, according to Visit Lofoten), free Wi-Fi in the cabins, and a conference room on the pier for 60–70 people. Visit Lofoten lists pets as allowed on request. Reception is open 08:00–23:00 every day.

Restaurant Kjøkkenet serves northern Norwegian food from local ingredients, Monday to Saturday 18:00–22:00. Bryggebaren opens from 16:00 Monday to Saturday, seats 150 inside and 250 outside by the summer grill on the quay, and serves simpler dishes.
