The apartments are upstairs and reached by stairs only. Payment is by bank transfer before arrival, the lead guest must be 18 or over, and under-18s must be with a parent or guardian. Early check-in is hard to get in high season; standard check-in is from 16:00 to midnight with your arrival time sent in advance, and check-out is by 11:00. Quiet hours are 23:00 to 06:00. There are no cots or extra beds, pets and hen or stag groups are not accepted, children from three pay as adults, and damage charges can reach NOK 1,000.

The host says the bus stop is 100 metres from the house and a bus to Ryten needs one change. Booking.com lists Værøy Heliport at 43 km and Nusfjord at 42 km.
