Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate sitting rooms in one 110 m² chalet, a couple of minutes by car from the shops in Sørvågen and within a short drive of the Moskenes ferry. The reviews, few as they are, are warm.

A group of six to eight who want their own rooms and somewhere to sit apart from each other in the evening, and who will cook rather than eat out. The bed mix — one extra-large double, one large double, three singles — suits two couples travelling with children or friends. Families with a baby should look elsewhere or bring their own kit: no cot and no extra bed can be added.

Neither cots nor extra beds can be added, and children of four and over are charged at the adult rate. Pets are not accepted, smoking is not allowed and the chalet will not host hen or stag groups. Upper floors are reached by stairs only. Booking.com takes payment on the property's behalf, so carry cash for anything bought on site. The whole-property maximum reads eight while the four bedrooms hold five beds; check how the eighth person is meant to sleep before you book for a party that size.

Two bathrooms, one having a walk-in shower, plus an additional toilet, a hairdryer, towels and linen. A flat-screen television, two living rooms, a sofa, a dining table and dining area, a fireplace, wardrobes, a clothes rack and a drying rack. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker and kitchenware, and there is a washing machine. Floors are tile or marble and hardwood or parquet; soundproofing is listed and the unit has its own entrance. Upper floors are reached by stairs only.

Booking.com records that upper floors are reached by stairs only and lists no facilities for disabled guests.

Free private parking, free WiFi, a charging point for an electric car, heating, a terrace, a garden and a picnic area. The chalet is detached and non-smoking, and Booking.com lists it as suitable for families.

Self-catering, with a kitchen fitted to cook properly in — dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and kitchenware — and a dining table. No meals are served. The property says Sørvågen, two to three minutes away by car, has two supermarkets and somewhere to eat.

Bogen in Sørvågen, the tettsted Kartverket registers in Moskenes municipality on Moskenesøya. This guide's centre point for Sørvågen is 0.7 km away in a straight line, and Kartverket's nearest registered name is Sørvågen itself, about 700 m off. The setting is recorded as rural; the terrace faces the sea, with mountains and a lake in the wider view.

Booking.com gives Nusfjord as 48 km away and Værøy Heliport as 41 km. Free parking is on site, and an electric car can be charged there. The property says the village of Sørvågen is two to three minutes away by car.
