A whole cabin with a sea or harbour view at a price set by size rather than by a hotel's room grade, with a restaurant and meeting rooms on the same site and Leknes Airport ten minutes up the road.

Families and groups, who have three-bedroom houses for six and two-bedroom cottages to choose from; business visitors using the meeting rooms; and pairs who only need the 28 m² twin room, as long as they do not want to cook. Not for anyone travelling with a pet.

Cash is not accepted and photo identification and a credit card are asked for on arrival. Check-in closes at 20:00, and the centre asks to know when you are coming. The minimum age for arriving is 18, no cot or extra bed is offered and pets are not accepted. The twin room has no kitchen. No washing machine is fitted in the units, though the centre says a laundry room is available, and it does not allow electric cars to be charged from ordinary sockets, pointing drivers to the Circle K at Leknes.

Ten grades: a Twin Room with Terrace of 28 m² for two and without a kitchen; a Studio with Sea View of 55 m² for two; a waterfront Bungalow of 40 m² for two; a Bungalow with Patio of 70 m² for four; a Two-Bedroom House of 50 m² for four; a Two-Bedroom Cottage of 70 m² for four; a Family Two-Bedroom Apartment with View of 55 m² for four; a Three-Bedroom Holiday Home of 65 m² for six; and two Three-Bedroom Houses of 85 m² for six. Bedrooms are listed as pairs of single beds, most with their own bathroom; the centre gives the beds as 90 by 200 cm and says two can be pushed together into a double in most of its rorbuer. Units have their own bathroom, with shower and free toiletries, a kettle, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a patio or terrace, a wardrobe and linen, and most have a kitchen or kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster and coffee machine.

Booking.com records one unit as entirely wheelchair accessible and others as sitting entirely on the ground floor.

Free private parking, free WiFi, a picnic area, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. The property is described as allergy-free, with hypoallergenic bedding, soundproofing, heating, hardwood or parquet floors and a desk in the units. One unit is recorded as entirely wheelchair accessible and others as being on the ground floor. No washing machine is fitted in the units; the centre says a laundry room is available. Everything is non-smoking.

The centre's own site names a restaurant and meeting rooms on the site. Booking.com does not list breakfast, and most units have their own kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop and coffee machine — the exception is the twin room, which has none.

Mortsundveien 399 at Mortsund, a settlement Kartverket registers about 50 metres from the property in Vestvågøy municipality, on the south coast between Ballstad and Leknes. Ballstad is 3.9 km away in a straight line. Sea and mountain views are listed, with the harbour below the cabins.

Booking.com puts Leknes Airport 10 km from the centre, Vestvågøy town hall within 10 km, Lofotenmat Sa 13 km, Borga Radarstasjon 34 km and Nusfjord 37 km. No bus or transfer arrangement is stated; electric cars cannot be charged on site, and the centre names the Circle K at Storgata 31 in Leknes as the nearest charging point.
