The accommodation includes restored historic buildings such as a Nordland house from 1880 with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, as well as larger apartments for up to six. Galleri Espolin, the Lofoten Aquarium and the Lofoten Museum lie between the site and Kabelvåg centre, which has shops. In winter the ski trail runs through the grounds.

The owners describe the site as child-friendly, and the range from budget log cabins to six-person apartments suits families, walkers and camper-van travellers.

The log cabin, the simple two-bed cabin and the annex double room have no WC or shower of their own, so guests use the service building. Pets are accepted on request only.
