Rooms inside a working cultural building — café, restaurant, bar, sauna, concerts and yoga — in the middle of Henningsvær, with the factory's brick, ash floors and industrial windows kept in the rooms.

Guests who want food, drink and events under the same roof and a sauna by the sea outside it. Light sleepers should check what is on during their stay. Family rooms and lofts take four to six, pets are accepted on request, and whoever checks in must be at least 18.

The fine print says the building hosts functions and that the noise can reach some of the rooms, so check the programme before booking if you sleep lightly. The rooms are on the second and third floors and the upper floors are reached by stairs only. Some room types are named as having a private bathroom and others are not, so confirm the arrangement for yours. Check-in runs from 15:00 to 21:00 with photo ID and a credit card, check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00, cash is not accepted and whoever checks in must be at least 18. No cots and no extra beds are on offer. Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply. The sauna costs extra even at the guest rate.

Rooms occupy the second and third floors of the old factory, built to keep the reused brick, ash flooring and large industrial windows. Booking.com lists a Loft of 40 m² with four beds, a second Loft of 30 m² with three, a Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom of 40 m², a Junior Suite of 38 m² with three beds, Double Rooms with Private Bathroom of 22 m² and 15 m², and a Double Room with Mountain View of 13 m². The bedroom data shows arrangements from a single large double up to two single beds with two large doubles for six. Some rooms are en suite and some are not.

The rooms are on the second and third floors and Booking.com records upper floors as reached by stairs only.

Free WiFi and free private parking. A sauna, a restaurant, a bar, a coffee house, a shared lounge, a concierge service, karaoke, ski equipment hire and a picnic area. Rooms have their own bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a kettle, a fridge, a clothes rack, a seating area and a desk, with mountain, city or courtyard views. Yoga classes run in season. The building is non-smoking and family rooms are listed.

Breakfast is cooked by the kitchen, offered as a buffet, from the menu, or vegetarian. The restaurant, bar and coffee house are open to the village as well as to guests, and packed lunches, wine, champagne and special diet menus on request are listed.

Dreyers gate 72 in Henningsvær, in Vågan municipality, in the middle of the fishing village on the island end of the road. Booking.com classes the setting as rural and records mountain, city and courtyard views from the rooms.

Booking.com gives Galleri Espolin as 19 km from the building, Svolvær Torg and Nordnorsk Kunstnersenter as 24 km each, Svolværgeita as 25 km and Leknes Airport as 59 km. Parking on site is free.
