An apartment the size of a small flat, on the square in the middle of Svolvær, with a restaurant downstairs and a bathroom for every bedroom. Two couples travelling together get a private bathroom each, which few hotels in Lofoten manage at this price.

Groups of four and six, and families — family rooms are listed, cots are free for under-twos, and the three-bedroom apartment takes up to five children. Anyone using a wheelchair should look here first in Svolvær: a lift serves the upper floors and Booking.com records an entire unit as wheelchair accessible. Drivers should plan for public car parks rather than a space at the door.

There is no parking at the building. The property points guests at several public car parks nearby and at the EasyPark app to pay, which is a cost and a walk to plan for. There is no staffed reception either — the front desk answers by phone. Booking.com applies an age limit on who may check in, so check the figure when you book. Arrival runs from 16:00 to midnight and check-out from 07:00 to 11:00. No extra beds are available and children are charged as adults from the age of three. Pets are taken only on request.

Four apartment types, let separately rather than as a whole property. Every bedroom recorded has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the property confirms one bathroom to each bedroom. Towels, linen, a hairdryer and toiletries are provided, along with a wardrobe and soundproofing.

A bar, a restaurant and a coffee house occupy the building, with luggage storage and room service. Units have a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob, a coffee machine and a kettle, plus a sofa, a sitting area, a dining table, an iron, ironing facilities and a flat-screen television. Floors are heated, according to the property's own answer on the listing. A lift reaches the upper floors, facilities for disabled guests are listed and one unit is recorded as wheelchair accessible throughout. Balconies and patios carry outdoor furniture, with sea, mountain and town views. WiFi is free and the building is non-smoking.

A bar and a restaurant are on the premises, with room service up to the apartment; the property's own site says guests get a discount at the Nordis restaurant and can order food and drink up to their apartment. Each unit also has a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob, a coffee machine and a kettle, so light cooking is possible without a full kitchen.

Torget 21 in Svolvær, Vågan, 337 m from the point Kartverket registers for the town and, by the listing's measure, a hundred metres off Svolvær Torg itself. Booking.com lists sea, mountain and town views from the apartments.

Booking.com puts Svolvær Torg at 100 metres, Nordnorsk Kunstnersenter at 200, Lofoten at 300, Svolværgeita at 2.2 km, Fiskerkona at 2.6 km and Svolvær Airport at 5 km. There is no car park at the building; the property directs drivers to public car parks nearby, paid through the EasyPark app.
