Booking.com's room name calls the house four-bedroom while its description and bed list show one bedroom with a large double, so confirm the layout before a group books. Check-in runs from 14:00 to 22:00 and the property asks for your arrival time; check-out is by 12:00. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, hen and stag groups are not taken, and damage of as much as NOK 1,000 can be charged after check-out under the damage policy the house operates. Children from eleven are charged as adults, no extra beds are offered and pets are not accepted. Laupstad is about 15 km from Svolvær in a straight line, so plan on driving.

One detached house let whole, listed as a Four-Bedroom House of 120 m² but described with a single bedroom holding a large double bed for two guests. One private bathroom with a bath or shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A dressing room, wardrobes and a fireplace are recorded, and the house is hypoallergenic.

A sauna, a fireplace and a seating area indoors, with parquet floors, heating and a private entrance; outside a terrace, a patio and outdoor dining furniture, looking to the sea, a lake, the garden and the mountains.
