Booking.com lists the types as Superior Double Room (24 m²), Junior Suite and Junior Suite with Mountain View (42 m²), Junior Suite with Ocean View (38 m²), Suite with Harbour View (41 m²), and Loft Suite with Sea View, Suite with Ocean View and Private Suite with Ocean View (60 m² each). Beds are large or extra-large doubles, and the hotel says they are king-sized, cannot be separated and come with separate duvets. Every room has a private bathroom; some have a bath. Booking.com shows the hotel with 5 stars.

Free WiFi, a restaurant, a bar, a coffee house on site and meeting and banquet facilities. Rooms have a minibar, a coffee machine, a kettle, a bathrobe, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, a desk and a seating area, with soundproofing, hardwood floors and daily housekeeping. Extra-long beds over two metres are listed. The hotel is non-smoking.

Vind Brasserie is the hotel's restaurant, serving northern Norwegian food beside the harbour; it opened 17:00 to 22:00 in September and 16:00 to 21:00 in October at the time of checking. There is also a bar and a coffee house on site, and wine and champagne are listed. The hotel says its breakfast includes gluten-free options.
