A large double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second, and three beds credited to the unit; Booking.com publishes a maximum of four guests while capping each bedroom at one on its room breakdown. Towels, toilet paper and linen are provided, floors are hardwood or parquet, and upper floors are reached by stairs only.

Heating, a private entrance, a seating area with a sofa and a dining table indoors. The bathroom is private, with a shower and towels. Laundry runs to a washing machine, a drying rack, a clothes rack, an iron and ironing facilities. Outside there are a patio and a terrace with outdoor furniture, looking at the sea, the mountains, the garden and what the listing calls a landmark view. Parking and WiFi are free, and the house is non-smoking.

Self-catering. The kitchen holds a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge, kitchenware and cleaning products, with a dining table alongside. No breakfast or restaurant comes with the house, which is 0.3 km from the centre of Ballstad.

Kvalen 27 at Ballstad, in Vestvågøy municipality, 268 m from the point Kartverket registers for the village and 0.3 km from the centre in a straight line. Booking.com records the setting as rural, with sea, garden and mountain views from the house.

Booking.com gives Lofotenmat Sa as 8.3 km from the house, Leknes Airport as 10 km and Vestvågøy Rådhus as 11 km. Nusfjord is put at 33 km and Borga Radarstasjon at 35 km. Parking is free and private.
