The villa is on Kræmmervikveien at Ballstad, in Vestvågøy municipality on the south-west corner of Vestvågøy. Kartverket puts the registered settlement of Ballstad about 370 m away, and the village is 0.9 km off in a straight line. Booking.com records the setting as rural, with sea and mountain views and the hot tub out on the dock.
