The apartment is on Kræmmervikveien at Ballstad, on the south-west corner of Vestvågøy in Vestvågøy municipality. Kartverket puts the registered settlement of Ballstad about 440 m away, and the village is 1.1 km off in a straight line. Booking.com records the setting as rural, with the sea below the balcony and mountains behind.
