Lillevik is a 1960s house that was rebuilt between 2018 and 2020, with new walls, windows, wiring, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms. It stands on a 92,000 m² plot at Gimsøy, with a private beach about 100 m away and a boathouse.

The owners' site names its four bedrooms by colour: yellow and blue each have two 90 cm beds, pink has a 140 cm bed, and green has bunks. All beds are 200 cm long. A large bathroom has a shower and WC, and a second small room has a washbasin and WC.

Around the house are a garden with a terrace, hammocks, play equipment and a charcoal grill. Bikes and binoculars are there for guests, and parking takes three cars, with an EV charger.
