Is Lofoten a good destination with children?
Visit Lofoten promotes the islands for families, listing farm visits, horse riding, surfing, the Lofotr Viking Museum and the Lofoten Aquarium. Choose walks with care: the Bunes beach walk is described as suitable for families, Kvalvika and Ryten suits children aged about 10 and over, and Reinebringen is not recommended for small children.
